|Wash the mushrooms. Remove and chop the stems in a very fine dice.|
|Combine the chopped stems with the bread crumbs, walnuts, capers, and salt (I usually add a little more capers).|
|Stuff the mushroom heads with the mix, and top with a small dot of butter.|
|Bake in 350°F oven for 25 minutes. (Cover with foil initially and then remove after 15 minutes.)|
