I've been a longtime supporter of PBNC. I volunteer every year for the Annual Vision Health Fair, and in this photo, I'm winning a raffle prize at the PBNC BeautifEYE fundraiser. My friend JJ once prepared this dish for me and Carmelita, one of the PBNC board members. It's so simple to make but super delicious - an unexpected pairing of soy and rosemary that has become a staple when entertaining. Great served on top of toast and goat cheese.
1 | In the skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat, then add leeks. Stir and cook until slightly softened, about 4-5 minutes. |
2 | Stir in the soy sauce and rosemary, then quickly turn off heat. |
3 | Serve as a side, or on top of toast with goat cheese. |
