1 | Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. |
2 | Separate the egg yolks, reserve the egg white. |
3 | Beat the water, egg yolks, oil, vanilla, and lemon zest. |
4 | Whip the egg whites with the cream of tartar to stiff peaks. |
5 | Pour the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites and combine. Then pour into an ungreased pan. |
6 | Bake at 325°F for 55 minutes. Then bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes. |
